Jason Davenport

Head Chef

Jason commenced his career in the United Kingdom and trained in fine dining hotels and restaurants, including working as a Sous Chef in a Michelen star hotel. In 2006 Jason moved ‘down under’ and found his way to the West and the relaxed lifestyle of Margaret River. His culinary experience includes working at Vasse Felix, Eagle Bay Brewing Co and Studio Bistro before joining Bunkers Beach House as Head Chef in 2015. Jason’s menus are a mix of classic and modern styles offering seasonal produce with big flavours and dishes that cater to all diners and occasions.

Saskia Willig

Conference, Venue & Events Manager

Saskia is a professional Conference/Events & Venue Manager with a passion for food, wine and excellent service. After completing her law degree in The Netherlands in 2011, Saskia soon realised her career path was in the hospitality industry. In 2014 she moved to New South Wales to work as an Events Executive at the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains. However, it was during a visit to WA's South West that Saskia discovered paradise in Bunker Bay. She moved to the region and joined the team as Conference, Venue & Events Manager and still pinches herself every morning at the breathtaking ocean view from the deck at Bunkers Beach House.
